Each chocolate is individually handcrafted with the purest and freshest ingredients available in small batches daily to deliver an unsurpassable and pleasurable experience.
 
Only pure-variety Noble Grade Cocoa beans are used in the milk and dark couvertures.  This is the highest grade classification which denotes cocoa bean origins that are of the rarest in availabilty and compose some of the finest flavour beans in the world; one type accounts for only 3% of the total cocoa bean production.  All couverture chocolate is imported from Switzerland.
 
Take note that each couverture is like tasting a fine wine; it allows you to discover unique "tannins" within each chocolate that creates a complex flavor profile to linger on your palate and awaken your senses.

This level of quality requires special care:

 

  • The chocolates do have a 4 month shelf life, but they are best enjoyed immediately.
  • Store chocolates in its original packaging in a cool dry place.
  • The ideal temperature for the chocolate is between 62F - 68F with 50% - 60% humidity.
  • NEVER STORE CHOCOLATES IN A REFRIGERATOR
