Shipping Policy-
DARLENA Artisan Chocolates handles your order with the greatest of care to ensure that the freshest product is delivered to you. In order to ensure this quality and the condition of the order, DARLENA Artisan Chocolates uses an environmentally friendly cold pack system with every shipped order during warm conditions. This system is to help maintain the ideal temperature conditions and protect the integrity of the chocolates during shipment.
All orders are either locally delivered or shipped with FedEx's Overnight Service, anywhere in the U.S.. Once your order is submitted, we will email you an invoice. As soon as your order is submitted and payment is received, you will receive email confirmation and your gift packages will be shipped out promptly. Credit card payments are processed through PayPal.
FedEx has permission to leave packages at the recipient's home or business address if no one is there to sign for it, but DARLENA Artisan Chocolates strongly suggests that someone be there. Chocolates are highly perishable and must be kept in the proper conditions or they may spoil, melt, or discolour due to temperature fluctuations.
We strive to bring you a total delightful experience. If the package is not delivered to you in satisfactory condition, please notify the FedEx representative before he leaves the premises, whenever possible, so he/she can notate it, or immediately contact DARLENA Artisan Chocolates within two hours from delivery. We are committed to resolve any shipping issues. Retain the original order to be sent back for inspection.
DARLENA Artisan Chocolates is NOT responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the recipient's addresss specified by customer. We cannot ship out to P.O. boxes. Please double check the information you submit is complete and correct. DARLENA Artisan Chocolates cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
